MID-SOUTH GASTROENTEROLOGY GROUP IN MEMPHIS, TN
We are very excited to announce our new partnership with the physicians and staff of Mid-South Gastroenterology Group in Memphis, Tennessee. We will not only be partnering with Drs. Bowden and Lindsay in their endoscopy center, but also in their related anesthesia and pathology service. This partnership only further strengthens our position as a provider of physician services in the gastroenterology space, and we look forward to working with this group to meet the needs of the community there.
Drs. Bowden and Lindsay have established excellent reputations as physicians in the Memphis area, and we could not be more excited to work with them to grow their business going forward. With the addition of the Memphis partnership to our family, Covenant is now the majority owner in 40 ASCs around the country.
